Reverse split arbitrage, automated
Every reverse split
rounds up a fraction.
We buy it.
A reverse split leaves holders with a fraction of a share, and most brokers round that fraction up to a whole one. One share bought before the split becomes one whole share after it. RSA Press scans the SEC filings, grades which splits round up, and places one share per account through a small node on your own PC.

How it works
Broker credentials never leave your PC. The node trades from your own connection and the cloud only ever sees the numbers.
1,294 round-ups in 4,578 tracked corporate actions (28.3%)
Broker fee from $0.30 per split at Fennel

How it works
Three steps, one of which is yours
01 · The wire
Filings are scanned daily and every reverse split is graded. A split that
rounds fractions up is a play. One that pays cash in lieu is not.
02 · Your node
A small agent runs on your PC. It holds your broker logins and places the
orders the cloud signs, from your own connection.
03 · The ledger
One share per account before the ex-date, then the position is sold into
the split. A fill is only reported once the broker's own record says so.
Your credentials
The cloud never holds a usable login
Logins stay on your PCYou link a broker on your own PC. The login is stored only in your node's encrypted store; the website never receives a password or a token.
Every order is signedYour node runs only orders signed by RSA Press, checked against the key it saved when you paired it.
Orders come from your addressBroker traffic leaves from your own connection, not a data-centre IP, so a login looks like the one you use yourself.
Nothing trades without the nodeIf your PC is off, an automatic buy waits in your account and runs when it reconnects, unless the buy window has closed. Nothing runs from the cloud.

What you needA Windows PC that is on while plays are live, and a broker account at one of the supported venues.
Costs to expectThe subscription, plus whatever your broker charges per order or per corporate action. Fennel, for example, charges $0.30 per reverse split.
The riskThis is arbitrage on small-cap reverse splits, not a guaranteed return. A split can move against you, a round-up can be denied, and a position can be worth less than it cost.
